07.31.11 The theory of relativity, as I understand it, states that if person A is stationary, watching person B go by at the speed of light, person B will appear to person A to be moving much faster. Time will have sped up for person B relative to person A.  Person A will appear to person B to be moving much slower.  Time will have slowed down for person A relative to person B. However, time will appear to be normal relative to themselves. We only see something that is different and question our perception when we look outside ourselves. Some people tell me the ‘grass is greener on the other side,’ my dad tells me the theory of relativity.
